We are a locally owned and operated small business serving the Charlotte, NC market and surrounding areas. Carolina Hood & Fire Safety was founded in 2008 and has 43 years of combined industry experience. Our goal is to provide solid, consistent service through a well trained, knowledgeable team that has worked together since inception.

Our volume really ramps up on football Sundays. On one particular Sunday morning at 11 am, we realized our exhaust fan was not working. A restaurant has to have an exhaust for the cooking line to function. I called Carolina Hood and Fire immediately and they fixed the issue before the 1pm game times.
